Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated International Tele-calling Closure to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls, nurture qualified leads generated through digital marketing efforts, and convert these leads into sales. The Tele-calling Closure will be instrumental in driving sales for B2B SaaS based Financial Products targeted at the USA markets. This role involves proactive outreach to potential clients via phone, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing sales and working with client through closing process.
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
  • Make calls to clients who expressed interest through various marketing channels.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Maintaining database (Excel) of prospective client information.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the SaaS based financial services software.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Must have English first language schooling.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience working with international clients.
  • Must have experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Smart, Energetic, Tech Savvy

Highly preferred:

  • Experience working in Software Industry.
  • Knowledge of Fintech domain.

Preferred skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Trading and brokerage businesses preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
