Introduction: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the business development and sales field while working alongside professionals in a dynamic environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the team in driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and new markets.
- Help research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Participate in outreach activities including calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads.
- Help manage relationships with current clients and assist in follow-up communications.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings and managing CRM data.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new strategies for business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Strong desire to learn and develop business development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and positive attitude toward learning and contributing to a team.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships or part-time roles).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or customer outreach strategies.
- Strong social media skills for lead generation and brand promotion.
