Role Summary:

• Responsible for identifying new sales leads through Tele-calling and Cold Callings using internal CRM
• Timely updating leads status in CRM
• Generating appointments & Meetings
• Interaction with prospective clients to understand their needs
• Review prospective clients on a regular basis
• Maintain strong relationships with existing Clients and new clients along with regular follow up
• Generating client proposals
• Uploading property listings & maintaining same on Property portals (99acres/Magicbricks/Housing)

Skills:

• Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Great presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
• Real Estate experience will be a plus.

Location: Sector-49, Gurgaon

Note: Realstate industry experience is mendatory.
