Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal) and experience in customer service, preferably within the agriculture and animal feed industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product-related guidance.
• Maintain customer relationships by following up on queries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in order processing, tracking, and coordination with internal teams.
• Document and update customer interactions in CRM or support systems.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.
• Support marketing and sales efforts by engaging with potential and existing customers.
• Stay informed about agricultural products and feeds to provide accurate information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in customer support / tele sales / call center roles.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
• Experience handling B2B and B2C customers.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural products and animal feeds is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is desirable.
