Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and transparent manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi & English; additional languages a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Shift Timing: 24*7 Shifts timings (1 Rotational week off)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
