Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller/ Sales with excellent communication skills to join our team in Noida. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and addressing customer inquiries to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and assist the sales team in closing deals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as assigned.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and [other languages, if applicable]. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to handle objections and provide effective resolutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
