We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for an international process. Limited vacancies available.

Job Location: Jaipur

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

Salary: Upto 35K CTC

Role:

• Handle customer complaints
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow up to ensure resolution
