Job Description:
- Contact private and business individuals through telephone to promote product services.
- Explain the product services to potential clients and deliver sales pitch to them.
- Modify sales pitch to meet needs of specific clients and provide price details.
- Handle customer queries and keep a record of their reviews on the services offered to them.
- Obtain customer information including name and address.
- Obtain contact details of potential clients from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists.
- Schedule appointments for sales executives to meet prospective clients.
- Contact clients for follow up after first round of interaction.
