G.L. Suzuki is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and promoting our products/services. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
• Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs and requirements.
• Explain the features and benefits of our offerings and answer customer queries.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the DMS system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
• Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns to the appropriate team.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role (preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in [Language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Automobile Industry Knowledge candidate will be preferred
