Relationship Manager – Tele Sales (New Client Acquisition)

As a Relationship Manager specializing in Tele Sales and New Client Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new business clients. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored digital solutions that align with their objectives. This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in acquiring new clients through tele sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Drive new business growth by identifying, contacting, and acquiring new B2B clients through tele sales efforts.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (cold calling, emails, and networking) to generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs of potential clients and position D.I.I.P.L.’s products and services as solutions to their challenges.
  • Pitching & Presentations: Deliver clear, persuasive, and customized sales pitches to potential clients over the phone.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain client engagement and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with prospects and clients in the company’s CRM system.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new client acquisition targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to share insights and develop strategies to enhance acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically focused on acquiring new clients via tele sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of new client acquisition through tele sales. Strong ability to generate leads, nurture them, and close deals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting or exceeding goals. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must have access to a laptop and be proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling digital solutions, technology, or services is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Location: Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate.
