Job Description: Providing exceptional customer service to US-based clients through phone calls, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to established support processes, often requiring excellent communication skills and familiarity with US customer service standards. We need excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to US-based clients through phone calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in international voice process.

Location: Noida (WFO)
