Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with potential clients, and a passion for helping customers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, answering customer queries, and ensuring a positive experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote services.
• Answer customer queries, provide service information, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during calls.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to convince and engage with customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Required Education: Graduation/Deploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
