Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹41,000 a month
A Telecaller’s job is to make and receive calls to customers to promote products, provide customer service, and generate sales. They are the voice of the company and are responsible for building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products and services
- Maintain daily call records
- Submit daily progress reports
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends
- Identify customer needs
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹21,000.00 – ₹41,000.00 per month
