Telecalling Executive – Education Sales
Bright Education is looking for a Telecalling Executive – Education Sales to drive student enrollments by handling inquiries, making outbound calls, and converting leads into admissions. This is a sales-based role, and prior experience in telecalling or sales is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students from the provided database.
- Explain course details, benefits, and fee structures effectively.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by pitching courses persuasively.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for student enrollments.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- Handle objections and resolve student queries professionally.
- Maintain records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in education sales).
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and email communication.
