Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with call details.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during interactions.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Telecalling or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
