Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Telesales Representative to join our sales team in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/lists.
- ✅ Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
- ✅ Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- ✅ Handle objections and provide relevant information to overcome resistance.
- ✅ Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- ✅ Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- ✅ Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- ✅ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and call tracking systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
