Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in rotational shifts.
- Graduation mandatory.
