Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our financial services and products.
- Build relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Update customer records and database with accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Immediate joining preferred.
