Job Description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
• Promote products/services to prospects and provide information on offerings.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Set up appointments, follow-up on leads, and track customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Report on call activity and performance metrics to the team lead.
