Job Description
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role in our International (US based) Process.
Candidates must be open to working Morning Shift, Night Shifts, and Rotational shifts.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Customer Care Executive
- Answering Inbound Calls from Customers and Clients.
- Delivering professional and expert Customer services to our Customers and Clients.
- Responsible for the day-to-day assigned work.
- Ensure and fulfill service requests from clients by manning the telephone, email, and other communication systems.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- 12th is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
