Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound & Inbound calls to potential customers from generated leads.
- Explain the features and benefits of our environmentally friendly ventilation products and exhaust fans.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products that meet their requirements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling HVAC or similar technical products is a plus.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
