Location: Ambala, Haryana

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced female Telecallers to join our team in Ambala, Haryana. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in telecalling, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to healthcare professionals, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage effectively.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Provide information about product availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Accurately record all call data in the CRM or related systems.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology (preferred).
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Must reside in Ambala or be willing to relocate.

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
