Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive for Business Loans or Loan Against Property. This role is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential business owners through phone calls, understanding their financial needs, and promoting business loan products to meet those needs, ultimately aiming to close deals and achieve sales targets by effectively presenting loan features and benefits while adhering to company policies and regulations.

  • Lead Generation: Actively source and qualify potential business loan leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Customer Interaction: Initiate contact with prospective clients, assess their business needs, and identify suitable loan products based on their financial situation.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of various business loan products including eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and key features to accurately present information to clients.
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the benefits of business loans and addressing customer concerns to secure loan applications.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with potential clients by actively listening to their needs, providing personalized advice, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary loan application documents are accurately completed and submitted by clients, following compliance guidelines.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads and applicants to track progress, answer questions, and guide them through the loan approval process.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by consistently closing deals and maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to effectively manage leads, track customer interactions, and update relevant information.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in financial services or business loan sales.

Experience Required
