Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 a month
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle outbound customer calls, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and minimizing returns.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling high volumes of calls, and be fluent in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Non-Delivery Report (NDR) calls to coordinate with customers and resolve delivery issues.
- Confirm Return to Origin (RTO) requests and validate return reasons.
- Call customers to confirm and verify address changes in applicable orders before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update order statuses in the system.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide a positive customer experience and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication (Hindi & English), problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate.
- Other: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel is a plus.
