Inbound Call Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers and identifying the reason for their contact.
Information Provision: Providing accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account details.
Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and providing appropriate solutions.
Data Entry: Recording customer interactions and relevant details into the system.
Adherence to Guidelines: Following company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions.
