A Logistics company based in Houston, Texas, USA is seeking Process Associates to work from our office in Kolkata and deal with its hiring program.
As a Process Associate (Non-Voice), you will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities:
- Work on Job Boards
- Manage listings on Job Portals
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per eligibility criteria
- Initiate follow ups & engage in chats and emails in accordance with effective strategical norms applicable with candidates across different stages of Hiring
- Maintain Daily MIS reports
Requisites:
- A minimum of 2 years of international BPO related voice/non-voice process experience is a pre-requisite
- A prior exposure in overseas voice-based non-technical recruitment is an advantage
- Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity.
- Should be at ease at managing work-related pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to start immediately
Benefits:

Work Schedule:
- 5 days/week (Monday through Friday). It’s strictly WORK FROM OFFICE.
- Should be comfortable to work in night shift
