Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with an IT background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination, contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate potential leads using online platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while promoting IT solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with senior sales executives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing relevant product information and support.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to handle client queries professionally and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
Compensation Package: Performance bonus
