Telesales Executive Job Description
A Telesales Executive generates leads, makes outbound calls to potential customers, understands their needs, and closes sales, while also maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads: Identifying and prospecting potential customers through various methods, including cold calling and research.
- Making Outbound Calls: Reaching out to potential customers to introduce products or services, understand their needs, and qualify leads.
- Closing Sales: Persuading customers to purchase products or services, negotiating terms, and following up on leads.
- Building Customer Relationships: Maintaining ongoing contact with existing customers to build rapport, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieving or exceeding predetermined sales targets and quotas.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data in a CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with other sales team members and departments to achieve overall sales goals.
- Following Scripts and Procedures: Adhering to company scripts and procedures during customer interactions.
- Handling Grievances: Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
