• Making calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers, and managing incoming calls

• Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing customers, and building rapport with potential customers
• Addressing concerns: Resolving customer concerns or issues
• Collecting data: Gathering data on the impact of a company’s products or services, and relaying it to relevant departments
• Maintaining records: Keeping daily call records and submitting daily progress reports
• Meeting targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Staying updated: Staying updated with market trends
• Customizing scripts: Memorizing scripts and customizing them for clients based on the situation
• Adhering to guidelines: Adhering to organizational guidelines and methodology
