KRA & Job Responsibilities:

• To generate revenues for the company by completing the given targets daily, weekly, monthly, and, annually.
• To handle the clients and manage their process.
• To resolve the queries of clients on the call / mail / texts in Walk-In meetings.
• To maintain the allotted, excel sheets and other documents.
• To perform daily tasks and duties assigned.
• To counsel the potential customers on call.
• To build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• To maintain knowledge of all services offered by the company.
• To arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• To follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
• To complete any assigned work during the premises.
• To ensure the company makes most revenue with respect to your performance.
• To deliver error-free and quality work.
