Shift: Night Shift & 1 way cab will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone calls in an international environment.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while assisting customers.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and customer needs.
