Role & Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information on our Hyundai and other automobile models.
 - Effectively handle customer inquiries and provide product knowledge, addressing their needs and concerns.
 - Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Hyundai and other automobile products, features, specifications, and options.
 - Be a knowledgeable resource for customers seeking information about Hyundai Car Service.
 - Customer Handling: Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during phone interactions.
 - Build rapport with customers, address their queries, and ensure a positive experience.
 - Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers effectively and provide product information.
 - Telephone Etiquette: Proper telephone etiquette, including a friendly and professional tone, clear articulation, and adherence to company guidelines on phone interactions.
 - Lead Generation: Skills in identifying potential leads and collecting relevant customer information for follow-up by the sales team.
 - Customer Feedback: Ability to gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints for continuous improvement.
 - Goal-Oriented: Setting and achieving targets for lead conversion and sales, if applicable to the role
 - Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to handle customer issues and find suitable solutions promptly.
 - Product Updates: Keeping up-to-date with the latest product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
