Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 a month

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and provide information about our services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle multiple calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as required
• Schedule appointments and meetings for clients with consultants
• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure high-quality customer service
• Keep updated on company services, offers, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (Preferred) and English (Preferred)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
