Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries effectively, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through effective communication
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues within defined timelines
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
- Use strong listening and communication skills to understand customer requirements
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service or related field (freshers can apply)
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (preferred)
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
