Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to update, manage, and maintain accurate information in our computer systems. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, strong attention to detail, and hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools. Fresh graduates are welcome and will be provided training during the initial tenure.

Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter text-based and numerical data into MS Excel and MS Word accurately

  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly

  • Research and collect additional information for incomplete data entries

  • Maintain updated, accurate, and usable records in company systems

  • Follow data confidentiality and quality standards

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Good typing speed with high accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of internet and Google search

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry or MS Office-related work

  • English language proficiency (preferred)
