About the Role
Louis Exports Private Limited is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage daily order processing, inventory handling, and dispatch operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and dispatch e-commerce orders accurately and on time
- Manage inward and outward stock efficiently
- Maintain inventory records using Excel or relevant software
- Update order status and dispatch details regularly
- Coordinate with courier partners and vendors
- Handle basic administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure timely order processing with minimal errors
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good computer knowledge is mandatory
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (stock entries, basic formulas)
- Prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse, inventory, or operations preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and basic communication skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify
- Knowledge of inventory or billing software (Tally, Zoho, ERP)
- Experience in packing, dispatch, or logistics operations
