Job Overview
Fidelis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage end-to-end online sales operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in marketplace management, catalog operations, promotions, inventory coordination, and sales growth strategies.
This role requires hands-on experience managing marketplace vendor panels and optimizing digital sales performance across domestic and international platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Handle complete sales operations across e-commerce and marketplace channels.
- Manage seller/vendor panels on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, Paytm, and similar marketplaces.
- Coordinate with category and account managers to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and manage product catalogs including:
- Product descriptions
- Search keywords
- A+ content
- Mandatory listing attributes
- Upload and maintain product information across company websites and external marketplaces.
- Ensure timely and accurate creation of new catalog listings.
Inventory & Website Operations
- Regularly update stock availability and catalog information across all ecommerce portals.
- Maintain catalogue hygiene and ensure product specifications, pricing, discounts, and images remain accurate.
- Manage inventory synchronization across online channels.
Promotions & Sales Growth
- Monitor competitor promotions and marketplace activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns, deals, discounts, coupons, and sponsored advertising initiatives.
- Support month-on-month growth plans to improve online sales performance.
- Experience with AMS and marketplace promotional tools will be an advantage.
Order & Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day marketplace activities including:
- Shipment planning
- Order tracking
- Return management
- Payment reconciliation
- Operational issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of domestic and international ecommerce ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience managing ecommerce marketplaces and online sales operations.
- Expertise in product listing and catalog optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage external stakeholders and marketplace account teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with healthcare, retail, or consumer product categories.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and growth strategies.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
