Job Description:
We are looking for a well-presented and highly organized Front Desk cum Admin Executive to manage reception duties and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in basic HR and administrative activities.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
