Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and visitor reception.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, meeting schedules, and other front desk activities.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for employees.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external parties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
