Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Administration:
  • Visitor Reception: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff upon arrival, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain conference room calendars.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Facility Coordination: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Recruitment / Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary documentation.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in front desk administration and recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
