We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as Front Desk Retail & Customer Support.

The ideal candidate manages customer relationships, handles reception duties, and oversees store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage the front desk.
• Store In-charge: Attend to customers visiting our showroom in the office.
• Customer Support and Queries: Provide chat support to customers.
• Manually confirm COD orders received on the website.

Requirements:

• Presence of mind to handle customer queries effectively.
• Interest in fashion and trends to develop an understanding of the product.
• Adept with computer skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Good command of the English language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
