We are looking for a professional and highly organized Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong multitasking abilities. As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a key role in creating a positive and efficient environment at the front desk while handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain and update the office calendar, including meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing packages efficiently.
  • Provide general information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Assist with office supply management and order replenishments when needed.
  • Ensure the security of the building by following the company’s security procedures, including logging visitors and issuing guest badges.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties related to office administration.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate degree.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
