Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Handling: Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude. Understand and address customer inquiries related to repairs and services for Apple, Bose, Dell, Asus, and other supported brands. Provide accurate information about services, warranties, and repair timelines.
  • Appointment Management: Manage and schedule customer appointments for drop-offs and pickups. Ensure smooth coordination between onsite service teams and service centers.
  • Documentation & Billing: Maintain detailed records of service requests and transactions in the system. Generate and issue bills, receipts, and service agreements.
  • Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with service technicians to update customers about the status of their devices. Communicate any delays or additional charges to customers in a professional manner.
  • Service Promotion: Inform customers about ongoing offers, AMC services, and additional repair options like chip-level repairs or OEM spare upgrades. Promote pickup and drop services for convenience.
  • Reception Management: Keep the front desk area organized and presentable. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field, Bachelor’s (Preferred)
  • Experience: Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred, total work: 3 years (Required)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency for billing and record-keeping. Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (Required), Hindi (Preferred), and Marathi preferred.
