Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Administrative Support: Answering phone calls and emails, providing information, and handling inquiries.
- Greeting visitors and providing assistance.
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
- Maintaining office records and filing systems.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
Record Management:
- Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Communication and Coordination:
- Distributing memos, reports, and other information.
- Facilitating communication between departments and stakeholders.
Other Duties:
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Managing invoices and payments.
- Providing support for events and meetings.
- May assist with budgeting and financial tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
