Job Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist Cum Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-desk operations while representing the company’s values of trust and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Maintain and manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and couriers.
- Provide accurate information to clients about our services, ongoing projects, and office procedures.
- Maintain a logbook for visitors and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
