Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in-person or on the telephone.
- Handling correspondence and managing key communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support.
- Make travel arrangements for executives etc.
- Maintenance of office assets such as stationery, housekeeping material and updating
Skills Required:
- Qualification: Bachelorβs degree, Master degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of Experience in Handling Front Office / Reception of an organization
- Good Communication Skills & Pleasing Personality.
- Should be able to look after Administration & Provide Support to Management
