Job Description:
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Taking calls with customers for appointments, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Monitoring the work of self and of the team.
- Essential travel based on the travel plan submitted to management.
- Understanding about company’s business ethics and work processes for better communication with clients.
