Job Description:

  • Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
  • Taking calls with customers for appointments, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Monitoring the work of self and of the team.
  • Essential travel based on the travel plan submitted to management.
  • Understanding about company’s business ethics and work processes for better communication with clients.
