Front Office Executive needed to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, focusing on guest needs with calmness, courtesy, responsibility, and reliability. Be the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience!
You will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, address guest inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special requirements during their stay.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and online reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and confirmations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to management if needed.
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and other inquiries.
- Assist in managing guest feedback and ensuring any issues are addressed to improve overall service quality.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
