Front Office Executive needed to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, focusing on guest needs with calmness, courtesy, responsibility, and reliability. Be the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience!

You will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, address guest inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special requirements during their stay.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and online reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and confirmations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of information.
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to management if needed.
  • Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and other inquiries.
  • Assist in managing guest feedback and ensuring any issues are addressed to improve overall service quality.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
