We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our Sports Zone in Mysore.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle administrative and customer service responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, members, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Maintain records of memberships, bookings, and payments.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process for customers.
  • Coordinate with trainers, coaches, and other staff to provide a seamless experience for clients.
  • Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred for this role.
  • Prior experience in front office/receptionist roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software, etc.).
  • Ability to work in an early morning shift and on weekends if required.
