We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our Sports Zone in Mysore.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle administrative and customer service responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, members, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain records of memberships, bookings, and payments.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process for customers.
- Coordinate with trainers, coaches, and other staff to provide a seamless experience for clients.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred for this role.
- Prior experience in front office/receptionist roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software, etc.).
- Ability to work in an early morning shift and on weekends if required.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
