Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and Greeting Guests: GREs are often the first face guests see, so they must create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Addressing Guest Needs and Concerns: This includes responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Providing Information: GREs should be knowledgeable about the hotel/establishment, local attractions, and services.
• Coordinating with Other Departments: They need to liaise with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handling VIP Guests: GREs may be responsible for overseeing the arrival and departure of VIP guests.
• Maintaining a Positive and Professional Demeanor: They represent the establishment and should always be professional, courteous, and helpful.
• Following up on Guest Requests: Ensuring that guest requests have been met to their satisfaction.
• Anticipating Guest Needs: Being observant and proactive in identifying and addressing guest needs.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication are essential for interacting with guests and staff.
• Customer Service Focus: A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service is crucial.
